Off-Shore Reef Fishing Charter

Enjoy an interpersonal off-shore reef fishing charter in the sparkling waters off Sydney. We leave the wharf at 6.30am for a full seven hours out fishing! This vessel has all the mod-cons and small group sizes for the attention you need. All you need to do is learn and enjoy fishing!

On the day of your fishing charter you will arrive at the wharf bright and early, ready for a seven-hour day out fishing in our 34’ Seatamer sport-fishing flybridge cruiser. These boats are believed by many professional fishermen to be among the best for this kind of fishing adventure.

The boat leaves the port at approximately 6.30am and returns again at 1.30pm. This is a well-rounded fishing trip in which we head out to off-shore reefs for a spot of bottom fishing, while trolling the coastline for pelagic species.

When you arrive in the morning you will be offered coffee or tea and our crew will begin by introducing you to the vessel and equipment. They will also give you a rundown of our safety procedures. Our boat is equipped with all the required safety equipment and we are compliant with State safety standards.

Our boat is also equipped with a galley, coffee facilities, fridge and freezer, hot and cold running water, LCD TV with ability to run an Ipod, CD or DVD and comfortable seats. A shower and toilet are located in the front cabin.

All rods, reels and bait are provided during your fishing trip and our crew will provide fishing advice and tuition, if required. We have a range of quality Shimano rods and reels as well as Shakespeare light spinning gear and we are able to troll five rods at the same time! A GPS and sounder help us locate seabed structures and allow us to return to particular fishing hot spots.

Once we are out on location you will cast your line and wait for the bite! Snapper, leatherjacket, flathead, kingfish and trevally are some of the fish that you may catch on the day. We provide morning tea and a light lunch and soft drinks to keep you refreshed and at your fishing best throughout the day.

All legal-sized fish you catch will be cleaned and ready for you to take home after your fishing trip so that you can share the catch of the day with your family and friends!

This experience is available seven days a week. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Departure time is 6.30am, however this will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow approximately seven hours for this experience.

Guidelines:

This experience is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. No experience is necessary as our crew will provide expert fishing advice and tuition if required.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a minimum of six and a maximum of seven people per fishing trip. If minimum numbers are not met, we may need to reschedule your fishing trip for a later date.

Weather:

This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your experience for a later date. Unless you hear from us, your fishing experience is confirmed.

Extra Info:

All rods, reels and bait are provided on the day; however you are welcome to bring your own equipment. You may BYO alcohol, provided that it is consumed responsibly and towards the end of the trip. You may also want to bring medication if you suffer from seasickness.
