I enjoyed the barista course. It was interesting learning about the different types of coffee, its origin and how it's produced. It was really good fun learning how to make the different types of coffee and tasting them was great too. I loved learning the coffee art. The instructors where good. They had fun with us but also kept professional.

The barista course was sensational and our trainers on the day were fantastic. If nothing else I will be showing off this Christmas when I make lattes for everyone with Christmas trees and snowflake patterns in the coffee foam!
