This is the helicopter flight for adventurous people who love to have 'white knuckles' and experience the 'wind in your hair' - we take the doors off the chopper and take you on a ride of your life. This scenic flight over the Barossa Valley is guaranteed to have loads of steep turns at low levels!

Your helicopter flight experience begins with being greeted by your pilot and ground crew, and taken into our reception area to complete the necessary paperwork prior to participating in your flight. Afterwards you will be given a safety briefing to ensure that your flight is both safe and enjoyable.

Then you and up to 2 friends are off on your helicopter adventure with one of our experienced local pilots, to explore what the Barossa Valley has to offer for 15 minutes – from the best view of all with no doors to hinder the spectacular views!

You will be flying in one of our new Robinson 44 Helicopters. Where everyone has a 'window' seat and 180 degree views from inside the cabin. The helicopters are equipped with voice activated headsets so you can talk to each other and ask the pilot questions as you fly over the valley floor.

Once your flight is completed, one of our ground crew will escort you and your friends from the aircraft back to our reception area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or tea and talk about your experience, before heading off to enjoy the rest of your day.

Guidelines:

This experience is not for the faint-hearted or children. Any person weighing more than 110kg may incur an additional cost. Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel and passengers. If the weight limit is exceeded, the cost of an additional seat may apply or flight may be declined.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for three people. This is an exclusive charter.

Weather:

To ensure passenger safety and comfort, we do not fly in rain, low cloud or heat over 35 degrees. The pilot in command will make the final decision as to whether the flight will go ahead. If a flight is cancelled due to poor conditions, we will reschedule your experience for another date.

Session Length:

This experience operates 7 days a week, all year round except Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Please note that during September - April it is particularly busy, so we recommend that you book well in advance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your flight time for briefing.
