What is the Experience?

Ever wanted to wow your guests with a gourmet extravaganza without having to slave over a hot stove all day. Relax and take a load off with your own personal chef. Enjoy a four course meal with wine matching delivered to your table set for eight.

You will need to provide your own table fully set up for eight people the way you require for your experience, think candles, think polished cutlery and your best glasses. Then you need do nothing but make sure your guests are there on time, seated and ready to experience a prime gastronomic feast.

A sample menu (please note this is not the exact menu for the night):

  • Rice noodle cannelloni of blue swimmer crab & asparagus with ginger-soy butter
  • Wine match: Pinot Gris
  • Five spice duck salad with coconut, asian herbs, chilli & smoked quail eggs
  • Wine match: Pinot Noir
  • Rack of lamb with baby moussaka & black olive jus
  • Wine match: Shiraz
  • Hazelnut dacquoise with chocolate cream & raspberries
  • Aperitif: Liqueur Muscat

The price of this experience includes a waiter, chef and wines to accompany each course.

Venue:

At a venue of your choice within the Melbourne Metro area.

Session Length

Four hour time limit. An hourly rate for staff can be negotiated after this time.

Guidelines:

Menu items will be created based on appropriate seasonal ingredients. You are required to set up the table for evening. Wines will be provided as a glass per course – extra wine can be purchased price on application.
