When you book in for your Circus Skills Workshop the supplier will contact you with a list of classes to choose from. Depending on the date you want to take your workshop, you might choose a mixed circus class, an aerial class, a double trapeze class or an acro-balance class.

The mixed circus class gives you a taste of what it's like to be in the circus, as you practice skills such as floor tumbling, acro-balancing, trampolining and juggling. If you're looking for something a little more lofty, you might choose the aerial class which includes low trapeze, silks, aerial ring and rope. The double trapeze class involves partner work on a low trapeze and the acro-balance class involves partner and group balancing exercises.

Each lesson runs for 75 minutes and includes a warm-up, skills session, cool-down and stretch.

Availability & Duration:

Classes run at various times on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We are closed on public holidays. The duration of your Circus Skills Workshop will be 75 minutes. Please arrive early for sign in.

Guidelines:

If you are under 18 years of age you will need a parent or guardian to sign for you on the day. Food and beverages are available for purchase from the centre. Remember to bring your camera!

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. Group sizes vary but there will usually be one instructor per ten participants.

Your circus skills workshop takes place indoors so we fly rain, hail or shine!
