Explore 3000 acres of lush green valleys and ancient rainforest trails at Australia’s largest horse riding centre. We will provide you with an unforgettable 2 hour horse riding experience, riding through unspoilt Australian bush and cantering across lush green valleys.

Enjoy horse riding less than one hour from Sydney or Newcastle. You can ride through unspoilt Australian bush and canter across lush green valleys. Discover the shady canopy of the rainforest trail, meander along the banks of Popran Creek, the purest tributary to the Hawkesbury River and then arrive at the natural rock pools where you can take a well earned break from the saddle and enjoy a refreshing swim.

While you relax, keep an eye out for the abundant wildlife, including wallabies, lyrebirds, cockatoos, king parrots and bellbirds. Altogether there are 50kms of unspoilt wilderness trails to explore.

Take a relaxing 2 hour guided ride with one of our friendly guides to assist you. If you are an experienced rider and you wish to break away from the group, you will be able to do this at intervals during the ride. Depending on your experience, you may be able to take a friend who is a less experienced rider with you. There are 200 quality horses to choose from with challenging horses for expert riders through to gentle horses for nervous beginners.

Our experienced staff will match one of our quality horses to your level of experience. All riders are given full instruction before leaving the yards. Children aged 7 and over will love being on their own horse on the guided trail rides.

Located at Peats Ridge – 1 hour from the Harbour Bridge, 20 minutes from Hornsby or just 15 minutes from Gosford.

Guidelines:

Riders under 18 will need to be signed in by a parent or guardian on the day. No previous experience is necessary. This ride is suitable for children over the age of 7 years. Please Note: There is a weight limitation of 120kg.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. You will be in a group on the day of up to 10 people and accompanied by an experienced guide.

Weather:

Rides are conducted in all weather conditions. Groups vary between 1 and 10 people accompanied by an experienced guide.

Session Length:

This experience is 2 hours in duration and operates 7 days a week. Rides depart Weekdays at 10am and 2pm. Weekends at 9.30am, 12pm and 2pm. Please book at least 2 days in advance of your preferred date. During peak times (school holidays and public holidays) the rides are very busy, so book early.
