Your experience begins with the delivery of a wax fingerprint kit to your front door. The kit contains everything you need to take a wax imprint of your child’s finger print, along with detailed instructions. This process is easy and perfectly safe. All postage and handling is prepaid for you. All you need to do is press that little finger into the wax and send the imprint back to us.

Back at our workshop, we will produce your charm using a method called ‘lost wax process’. This enables us to produce a perfect charm of your child’s fingerprint. It will be exactly the same size and retain all of the individual lines and swirls that make your child’s fingerprint so unique. Our charms are very high quality and are proudly handcrafted in Australia.

Your personalised charm bracelet will be ready to send to you within 10 days of us receiving the wax imprint. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to seven days after that.

Session Length:

After redeeming your voucher, you will receive an imprinting kit. As soon as we receive the wax imprint from you, your finished jewellery will be ready to send to you within 10 working days. It may take up to 7 days for delivery depending on your location.

Extra Info:

There is no time limit to return the imprint to us. Each kit is uniquely numbered and remains open until the child’s imprint is received and the charm is created for you. If the jewellery is required urgently for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to meet this date.
