Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, the ambience of our restaurant pays homage to the modern dining experience. At our steakhouse we combine an impressive dining room with meals made from the finest and freshest ingredients sourced from Australia’s best and most reputable suppliers.

You and your partner or friend will be sharing our 400g Wagyu chateaubriand – marble score 9+ David Blackmore Wagyu steer, grain-fed for a minimum of 600 days. This will be the most delectable chateaubriand you have ever tasted.

The chateaubriand is accompanied by warm bread with butter and pink salt, vine-riped tomatoes with basil and vanilla olive oil, roasted kipfler potatoes with garlic confit, thyme and pink salt, and sauteed spinach with extra virgin olive oil and grana padano.

To further elevate your senses, we offer you some of the best wines in the world. You may choose from two high-quality wines – a red and a white – however we always suggest a red wine to go with this dish. You might choose between our excellent Cabernet Sauvignon or Sauvignon Blanc or simliar.

We have an uncompromising approach and commitment to the very best – from our food to our restaurant service to some of the unique specially-crafted furnishings which adorn the restaurant.

The open kitchen has been extended to maximize the view from the dining room. Our locally and internationally trained chefs prepare, cook and present the dishes diligently and methodically. Whilst taking inspiration from classical recipes and cooking methods, the menu has been created to encompass a modern interpretation of a classical steakhouse.
