Test your rally driving skills on the competition circuit in a Subaru WRX! Located on the Gold Coast, our 1.2km track will have you drifting and sliding at flying speeds. This 15 lap session will test your skills as we record your times. Who will drive the fastest lap?

After registration and a driver briefing covering basic car handling and cornering techniques, you'll be fully prepared for what's ahead!

Your first driving session will have you behind the wheel, driving six laps on our purpose-built 1.2km gravel circuit in the awesome rally spec Subaru Impreza WRX Sti. Think of 350hp, 420nm of torque and 0 - 100km in 4.5 seconds!

This will be followed by a short break, allowing your adrenalin levels to ease back a bit. Then it's back to the driver's seat for more action in the next six lap pace-setting session. It's time to show your instructor what you've learnt!

Using the awesome power, speed and manoeuvrability of these incredible cars, you can drift and slide like a true professional! Remember, at this point the instructors are already assessing you, looking for smooth, fast and controlled drive.

Now you're at competing stage! The dreaded stopwatch makes an appearance, the horns emerge from your head and Mr Leadfoot pays a visit. But you have to control yourself to put in a winning time and impress your instructor! This three lap session will test your skills to the max. Every tree (witch's hat) you hit will score you a two second penalty. Not much pressure here!

Finally we take you into the briefing room for the presentation ceremony. We award the person with the highest score as Driver of the Day. This person gets to take home their own trophy! But if you don't get the trophy you won't go home empty-handed. Each participant is presented with a Completion Certificate and Assessment Sheet to keep as a memento of the day!

We are conveniently located just 25 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

Availability & Duration:

This experience is available Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. You will be at the track for approximately four hours. For Saturday rates, please refer to product code WRX572.

Guidelines:

There is a maximum height restriction of 203cm and a maximum weight restriction of 140kg. All cars are manual so we advise that participants have had some experience driving manual. If you are under 18 years of age you must get a parent or guardian to sign for you on the day. Bring your camera!

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. This is a group session however you will be one-on-one with your instructor in the car.

Weather:

In the case of poor weather conditions we will reschedule your experience for a later date.

Extra Info:

You will need to sign a waiver on the day and if you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian will have to sign for you. In-car DVD footage of your driving experience is available for $60 - payable on the day.
