Mothers Day Competition - Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is RedBalloon Days, 179 Harris St, Pyrmont NSW 2009, ABN 13 097 376 442.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must make a purchase on the RedBalloon website between the 23rd of April – 12th May and email contest@redballoon.com.au provide their full name, contact phone number and RedBalloon order id and tell us in 25 words or less what RedBalloon experience you would love to give your Mum.
Entry is only open to customers who purchase a voucher from www.redballoon.com.au or www.redballoon.co.nz where the order is not refunded at a later date and RedBalloon credit is not used.
Employees (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
RedBalloon reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If an error occurs RedBalloon Is not liable for invalid entry. Only complete orders are valid.
Only one prize permitted per person.
The competition commences 23/04/08. Entries close at 11.59pm AEDST on 12/05/08. The winners will be drawn by the 20/05/08.
Winners will be notified via email or phone call.
RedBalloon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There are 10 x Pamper Packs to be won (5 allocated to Australia and 5 allocated to NZ).
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of the prize by the time stipulated by RedBalloon, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
