At RedBalloon, we think it's important to live our work!

Having fun is one of the main values that the RedBallooner's live by and that's why you can be sure that we're consistently having a great time. It's a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, but it's also a lot of fun.

From skydiving, sailing and hot air ballooning to massages, coffee courses and V8 hot laps - it's all in a day's work for the RedBalloon team. We'd love to tell you that it's a hard task juggling work and play, but in reality, we wouldn't have it any other way!

Black Diamond Weekend (August 2008)

In an end-of-financial-year extravaganza, RedBallooners painted the powder red and took to the slopes at Thredbo to experience some of Australia’s best snow ever! Some serious snowfall the night before meant that conditions were perfect for intrepid adventures, spectacular stacks and a whole lot of fun.

Roi's Backyard Cricket... (April 2008)

In true Aussie style with a flare for fun RedBallooners do best, our various business teams compete to host the best Friday Drinks Night. This occasion saw the mighty Godo team throw down the gauntlet to the other teams with a fantasy cricket theme called "Roi's Backyard Cricket". Richie Benaud would be proud...

Painting The Town Red... (April 2008)

It's part of our RedBalloon culture to pratice what we preach and that means living experiences first hand. The RedBallooner's immersed themsleves in an amazing art experience and maybe even a friendly paint fight to share a creative moment.

Celebrating With Barbie (BBQ) Lessons! (March 2008)

 

To celebrate yet another successful trimester, we decided to learn the fine art of the great Aussie BBQ! The RedBallooners had an amazing evening of food, fun and friendly competition as teams vied to be the master of the grill! From seafood to good ol' snags, the teams cooked up a storm that made for a gourmet feast without rival.

RedHot Rewards 2.0 Launch (Feb 2008)

 

The secret ingredient that makes RedBalloon such a sucess is the amazing people that make up the RedBalloon Team. We realise the value of every individual in the RedBalloon family and have developed the RedHot Rewards program to recognise and reward team members for their efforts. We are always improving everything thing we do at RedBalloon and this event marked the launch of our enhanced employee rewards program.

Circus Skills Team Event (Feb 2008)

 

There is always so much going on at the RedBalloon HQ that it sometimes seems like a circus with more than just 3 rings! Our Circus Skills event gave the RedBallooners a chance to work on their juggling and uni-cycle skills that might just come in handy back at the office!

Team Leaders Day Out (Jan 2008)

 

RedBalloon Team Leaders are a unique group of amazing people that live life to the full and embrace every experience life can throw at them. In typical RedBalloon fashion, we decided to bypass the boardroom and head out for some "strategic team building" and a little abseiling, trapeze and rock-climbing thrown in for good measure!
