Terms and Conditions of Experience Vouchers

'Experience Voucher' means a voucher for a specific experience, for example, hot air ballooning, karting or scuba diving.

Terms and Conditions of Range Vouchers

'Range Voucher' means a RedBalloon Red, Bronze, Silver or Gold voucher which allows the recipient to choose their own experience from a range.

Terms and Conditions of Gift Certificates

'Gift Certificate' is a voucher with a dollar value that can be used to purchase (an) experience/s on the RedBalloon website.

Terms and Conditions of Promotional Offers

'Promotional Offers' are any percentage or dollar discounts applied to purchases on the RedBalloon website.
