Dear Alison

This Edition:

Recently we've been exploring the changing shape of careers in the modern workforce. In this edtion we take a look at the freelance career path and why some workers are leaving the predictable security of a full time role to sell their skills on the freelance market.

Naomi's Blog Bites - Gen Y and their aproach to careers and work ethic is all the buzz in the media today. In the latest post from my blog, I share my thoughts on "Generation Why?" and what this new generation of workers is looking for in an employer.

Regards - Naomi Simson (Chief Experience Officer)
