We have learned to be customer focused by asking “How do our customers experience the brand?” Now the question of the times is “How do our employees experience the brand?”
Points have fast become a currency unto their own, with financial institutions continuing to develop increasingly sophisticated loyalty programs that offer their individual and corporate credit card users more and more opportunities to earn and redeem (or “burn”) loyalty points. Nowhere is this more exemplified than in the corporate credit card arena.
